Hi Jaybugs! This video shows how i do a deep apple cider vinegar, baking soda and lime cleanse on my husband s locs. it has been a while since we did this. following the cleanse i applied my scalp balm to his scalp and then twist. His loc routine is very simple. I have realised that if the locs are twisted too often it can lead to breakage. i would neaten his twist every 8 weeks to two months and in between i might just neaten around the edges and nape area.
