Three reasons not to get a Royal Enfield Meteor 350. First, if you really do want a proper full-feels retro classic, the money you save choosing the Meteor over the Classic isn't worth it. The Classic's longer gearing and laid-back manner is refreshingly authentic. As nice the Meteor can be, it's not the Classic. Second, you don't like the proportions. If this is the case, you're in luck. A, you don't have to get one and B, no one else makes a motorcycle with these proportions either. Third, as much as the Hunter 350 feels like the also-ran of the J-Series family and has weirdly stiff rear suspension, it's the bike that's dramatically different in feel, size and appeal from the Classic 350.
