How to make Croque Monsieur

One of my favorite things to eat when I visit Paris is croque monsieur. Not only is it affordable, but it is really yummy. This recipe tastes just like the croque monsieur sandwiches I have eaten in Paris. It is a sandwich with a layer of bechamel sauce, ham, cheese, more bechamel sauce, and more cheese, and toasted in the oven. Delicious! Try it for yourself. Hope you like it! :o) Btw this recipe makes 4 sandwiches, you might be able to stretch it to 6 but the bechamel sauce will be thin on top. Should still taste fine.
