This is my second fish recipe. It's easy and fast to make. So i hope you like it.
Bangus Na May Kamatis/Sibuyas At Toyo
(Stuffed Milkfish Recipe)
Ingredients
1 big boneless bangus (slice open)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium size onion
2 small tomatoes
pepper
cooking oil
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi juice
Procedure
1. Combine soy sauce, onions, tomatoes and pepper. Mix well.
2. Put and spread the mixture on top of the open fish and then fold the fish over.
3. Secure fish using white thread (fold the thread into 3 layers to make it a little bit
thick) if you don't have kitchen thread.
4. Fry the fish until golden brown.
5. Remove the thread using scissor and open the fish.
6. For the sauce combine soy sauce and calamansi juice.
Then your done. Enjoy!
