INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup Caesar Dressing 1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar Olive Oil Colden's Freakin' Greek Naan Bread Sliced Tomatoes Provolone Cheese Arugula INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Make the sauce. Mix 1 cup of Caesar dressing and 1 cup balsamic vinegar together in a large bowl. 2. Cover chicken lightly with olive oil so the rub will stick to the chicken. 3. Liberally cover chicken with Colden's Freakin' Greek rub! 4. Throw chicken onto the Wyldside. 5. If you are using the Wyldside you want to cook chicken for 25-30 min or until 165°F internal temp. Make sure you flip chicken every 4-5 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly. 6. If you are not using the Wyldside and using a recteq. Set grill temp to 425°F and cook 12-15 min per side. 7. When chicken is done and you pull it. Let it rest for a few minutes. 8. Cube up chicken 9. Toss chicken in the dressing mix you made earlier. 10. Time to build the canzonetta. 11. Get your naan bread and lay them down. 12. On top of one piece of naan bread. Layer it with provolone cheese, sliced tomatoes, and arugula. 13. On another piece of bread layer your tossed chicken. 14. Before you putt them together toss the naan bread with ingredients on the grill to melt cheese and toast bread some. Might only take a couple minutes. 15. Put them together after you toast the bread. 16. Cut it how you like and then it's time to eat!
