INGREDIENTS:
Jorda semai
Water 2 cup
Let it boil
Turn off the flame
Vermicelli 100 gm
Wait for 30 seconds
Strain
Oil 1 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf
Pistachios 1 tbsp
Cashew nut 1 tbsp
Almond 1 tbsp
Raisin 1 tbsp
Roast for 2 mins
Add vermicelli
Cook for 5 mins low flame
Sugar 1/3 cup
Keep stirring until sugar dissolves
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Mix well
Separate the vermicelli with a fork while hot
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
