EDH Jiu Jitsu and wrestling is a martial arts school located in El Dorado Hills, CA. Our jiujitsu school is a unique group of martial artists who enjoy training and learning the grappling arts. These include wrestling, jiujitsu, bjj, grappling, judo, and other varieties of martial arts in the striking domain as well. We have opportunities for group lessons as well as individual lessons in the form of personal training. These lessons include movement and in the form of yoga, acrobatics, body weight training, and human weight training. Although we don't have the front headlock, this position is part of a short offense series that can easily go the the front headlock.
