A powerful witch with shape shifting abilities played by Gong Li. I think that she was an Anti-hero, not a villian. No family, no home, no country, she had nothing. Beautiful by looks and kind by heart but life of exile made her bitter and this led to her join Bori Khan. But Mulan changed her life. Mulan insisted her that she can still take a noble path. In the end Xian Lang led Mulan to Bori Khan and She sacrifice herself trying to save Mulan from the arrow.
