Green chillies - 3 nos. slit Salt - 3/4 tsp Water - 2 cups TO TEMPER: Oil - 2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - few Red chillies - 2 no. Goddu Saaru Ingredients: Tamarind - lemon sized Jaggery - small lemon sized Salt - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Coconut - 1/4 cup TO ROAST and GRIND: Oil - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Pigeon pea lentils - 3 tsp Red chillies - 3 nos. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 10 nos.
