Sky News (6pm 4th Dec '13) QLD LNP Anti-bikie laws high court legal challenge announced

United Motorcycle Council of Queensland, through Zeke Bentley of Irish Bentley Lawyers Brisbane, will mount a High Court challenge to the contentious QLD VLAD laws implemented in October. UMCQ spokesman Mick Kosenko says "We haven't got a choice."
