Coccinia Fry - with 1 minutes preparation and good for health benefits from Grandmother recipe.
Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tea spoon
Onion (Big, chopped) - 1 No
Coccinia (sliced) - 6 No
Salt - as required
Chili flakes - as required
Steps:
Put Oil in the pan and heat it
Add Chopped onion and fry till golden brown
Cut Coccinia in to 4 pieces of each and add it to the hot pan
Add salt for taste, Chili Flakes and keep it on medium flame for 7 minutes. It's ready serve hot.
